How do I check availability
Just complete the availability request form with your dates, number of guests, and any preferences.
I'll get back to you as soon as possible to let you know what's available.
Is this a booking or just an enquiry?
It's just an enquiry.
Nothing is confirmed until we've agree the details and payment has been made.
Who will I be dealing with?
You'll deal directly with me, Mel, from your first enquiry right through to the end of your stay. I handle communication, bookings, and liaise with the caravan owner if needed.
Are all caravans owned by you?
Some caravans are owned by me, and others are privately owned.
For most caravans, I act as the booking agent on the owner's behalf.
How much is the deposit?
A deposit of £50-£75 is required to secure your booking, depending on the caravan.
This deposit also acts as your damage deposit and the exact amount will be confirmed before payment is taken.
When do I need to pay the full balance?
The full balance must be paid 6 weeks before your stay.
If payment isn't received by then and no arrangement has been agreed, the booking may be cancelled.
What happens if I need to cancel?
If you cancel, the deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel within 6 weeks of your stay, all payments made are non-refundable.
We recommend holiday insurance for peace of mind.
Can I make changes to my booking?
Yes, where possible.
There is a £25 admin fee for changes such as guest details or amendments, subject to owner approval.
Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?
Some caravans offer early check-in or late check-out for an additional fee.
These extras are non-refundable once added, regardless of cancellation.
What time do we arrive and depart?
Check-in is from 4:00pm
Check-out is by 10:00am
How many people can stay in the caravan?
You must never exceed the caravan's berth number.
Babies and infants count as guests for safety and insurance reasons.
You will be informed on maximum occupancy upon booking.
Are caravans pet friendly?
Some caravans are pet friendly and others are pet free.
Please let me know your preference when enquiring so I can match you to the right caravan.
What if something gets damaged?
Please let me know as soon as possible if anything is damaged.
The deposit may be used, and if costs exceed it, guests are responsible for the difference.
Do we need to clean before leaving?
Yes, caravans must be left clean and tidy.
Cleaners don't wash up, so all dishes, cutlery, cookware, and trays must be washed, dried, and put away during your stay. Oven and hobs also need cleaning if you have used them.
Extra cleaning charges may apply if items are left dirty.
Can we smoke in the caravan?
No. smoking isn't allowed inside any caravan.
Any damage caused by smoking will be charged in full.
Are Park facilities guaranteed?
No. Facilities, water, and electricity are controlled by the park.
We can't offer compensation for interruptions outside our control.
Can we charge an electric vehicle?
No. EV charging is not permitted at the caravan.
Charging can overload the supply and cause damage or fire risk.
What if park rules are broken?
holiday parks have on site wardens.
If rules are broken, wardens can ask guests to leave immediately, with no refund.
Are my belongings and car insured?
Personal belongings and vehicles are left at your own risk.
We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage.
